We are determined that you should be a happy customer, and we put in huge efforts to produce the best product we can. If it hasn’t happened or if you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern so we can fix it and improve.

What is Chit Chat Wall’s Exchange Policy?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you may raise a request by telling us what went wrong. We would love to hear from you and propose an exchange, refund or resend of another copy of the product. Please write to us at

Please call our in-house Customer Services team quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your product, and we will act fast. A Customer Services representative will explain the process which starts with providing a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem, emailed to our customer care team.

In most cases, remedy action is taken as soon as we are clear on the issue via email, usually within a few hours. If the fault cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection. Please do not send a product back to Contrado without contacting a member of our team first, as we may be able to save you the trouble.

You can cancel your order from your orders page if it has not yet been manufactured at our office (as they are printed on demand). All orders are usually manufactured within 24 hours of placing the order.

Yes, in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned method.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Note: Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within 48 Hours of business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.

Changes to your order/Cancellations

  • Within 30 minutes: we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start production. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us via phone or live chat if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
  • After 30 minutes: we hand make every product and personalize it to order, so as soon as we start production of your custom items, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing an order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.
  • You accept we exercise a degree of license to edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results. Contrado is not obliged to make these adjustments and does so without liability in order to help to achieve the best results.
  • We may contact you via email or phone to inquire, make changes to or confirm your designs before we proceed with production of your order. If you do not respond to our questions, this may cause delay to your order. If we contact you with questions about your order it is because we deem it necessary in order to provide the Service. We are not obliged to contact you about your order during production.


  • We have different rules for the cancellation and return of your purchase dependent on if it is a personalized or non-personalized product. Please see below.
  • You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of a non-personalized product, if you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered. You must return the unused non-personalized product to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and you must pay for the return of the unused non-personalized product to our nominated address.
  • You do not have the right to cancel products that are personalized as the products have been made to your specific requirements. However, for personalized products ordered from our site we allow a 30-minute period in which you can either amend or cancel your order.
  • This 30 minutes begins from when you receive your confirmation email or when you see the order summary “Thank you, your order is confirmed” on your screen. After this time period your order will enter our production workflow and cannot be changed.
  • As per English law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized by you.
  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues. We, the manufacturer, will decide what falls under manufacturer faults.
  • All orders made through wholesale accounts are regarded as Business to Business contracts and are not covered by Consumer rights act as wholesale accounts are regarded as businesses. Businesses cannot expect a legal remedy in respect to Fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, or if they decide that they no longer want the item.
  • We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.

  • Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive.


  • We may terminate your order without notice at our sole discretion. We will refund any money due in such a circumstance.
